Enjoy exclusive use of the entire estate, a winter wonderland where you can enjoy cascading waterfalls and hidden caves, peaceful woodlands and the breath-taking North Esk reservoir. Take a frosty stroll through the Walled Garden or soak in the crisp countryside air as you wander the estate's scenic grounds.

Just five miles away, you'll find the charming villages of West Linton and Penicuik, offering everything from cosy pubs to local shops and, if you're feeling adventurous, Edinburgh's sparkling festive markets, world-class restaurants and iconic sights await!

Your festive package includes:

• Three-night stay with check-in from 12 noon;
• Accommodation for up to 29 guests, across 16 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms;

Newhall Estate is available on a self-catering (vacation-rental) basis for a minimum three-night stay at £7,000 per night for up to 29 guests. If you want to invite more friends and family, there are cottages available in the grounds, and these can be priced accordingly.

While catering and staffing are not included, you are welcome to bring your own food, drink and alcohol at no extra charge, and there are no restrictions on hiring your own chef.
