Christmas Eve - A warm welcome awaits

• Arrive at leisure and enjoy a festive welcome drink and light afternoon tea in the stunning Drawing Room. Fires will be lit, and a pianist will set the scene for your festive stay;
• Prior to dinner, join the team in the Lower Hall for the annual Christmas carol concert and pre-dinner drinks' reception to get everyone in the festive spirit;
• Dinner is served either in the traditional Samuel's Restaurant or the contemporary Terrace Restaurant & Bar;
• After dinner, enjoy teas, coffees, liqueurs, and port in the Drawing Room;
• For guests attending Midnight Mass at the local Parish in Masham, transport is available on request. Return to the castle for a festive tipple and warm mince pies;
• Retire to your spacious bedroom and look forward to the Christmas stocking that will be waiting in the morning, delivered by the Swinton Santa!

Christmas Day - A feast for the senses

• Breakfast is served in Samuel's Restaurant or the Terrace;
• The Swinton Country Club and indoor pool are open for those wishing to enjoy a pre-lunch dip or why not work up an appetite with a leisurely walk around the gardens and parkland;
• At noon, enjoy Champagne cocktails before a traditional Christmas feast is served in one of the restaurants. Live entertainment accompanies guests dining in the Terrace;
• This afternoon, the King's speech will be available to view and a selection of Christmas films shown in the private cinema. Enjoy board games, or simply relax with cheese and port;
• An informal buffet is served this evening before retiring to your comfortable accommodation.

Boxing Day - A day full of activities

• Start the day with breakfast, then choose from a variety of festive activities;
• Join the guided walk into Masham to witness the Boxing Day Hunt, or stay on-site for archery, axe-throwing, and laser clays. The Country Club remains open with treatment spots available should you wish to book a pampering spa experience during your stay;
• Lunch is served, followed by falconry displays or hands-on Cookery School masterclasses (pre-booking required);
• Once darkness falls, the ever-popular and highly competitive 'Festive Fizz Quiz' takes place. Expect some tough questions to be posed with a bottle of Pommery Champagne for the winner!
• This evening, dress to the nines in posh frocks and black tie for the pre-dinner Champagne cocktails and Boxing Day toast, followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine flights;
• Post-dinner entertainment is in the Lower Hall where you can try your luck at the casino tables whilst the live entertainment plays in the Drawing Room;
• A good night's sleep is bound to await after such a busy day!

Children's Rates
Children sharing a room with two adults, including all meals within the package and use of a cot, high chair or z-bed, are charged as follows:

Dog Friendly Stays
Swinton Park welcomes your four-legged friends at £35 per dog, per night. Cosy beds, blankets and bowls are provided to ensure they feel right at home.

Guests wishing to extend their stay are offered a wonderful 10% discount on additional night room bookings.

Festive Bedroom Christmas Trees
Fully decorated Christmas trees are included in all suite prices; for other rooms, trees can be ordered for £40 per tree.
