Christmas Eve

• Arrive at your leisure and begin your Christmas escape with a delightful afternoon tea, served in one of the cosy lounges beside a roaring log fire. Relax and soak up the festive atmosphere as your magical stay begins;
• Your beautifully appointed bedroom will be ready from 3 pm, though early arrivals are warmly welcomed to relax with a board game, explore the castle's charming interiors, or enjoy a peaceful stroll around the enchanting grounds;
• The spirit of Christmas comes alive as local carol singers perform in the candlelit Tudor Hall. Savour a warming mulled wine or indulgent hot chocolate while enjoying beloved festive melodies;
• Join your fellow guests from 6 pm for an elegant Champagne and canapé reception as the evening celebrations begin;
• Indulge in a sumptuous three-course dinner served in the Tower Restaurant at your pre-allocated dining time. Live music provides the perfect backdrop for a magical Christmas Eve.

Midnight Mass

• Guests are invited to attend the beautiful Midnight Mass service at St Mary's Church, located just a short stroll from the castle.

Christmas Day

• After Father Christmas has delivered his gifts, begin the morning with a delicious festive breakfast;
• Gather around the magnificent Christmas tree in the castle lounges for a Champagne drinks' reception before the main celebration begins;
• Enjoy a truly indulgent four-course Christmas lunch, complete with all the traditional festive trimmings. Lunch will be served in the Tower Restaurant at your pre-allocated time;
• Guests are welcome to gather in the Tudor Hall to watch the traditional Christmas message from the King and reflect on the spirit of the season;
• For those feeling adventurous, take part in the castle's Tudor Quest, a festive treasure hunt around the grounds to uncover the mystery of the lost jewel. Alternatively, relax by the fire with a board game, a good book, or simply enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the castle;
• As the day draws to a close, enjoy a festive cocktail before an informal buffet supper served in the lounges. A relaxed, yet elegant evening awaits, accompanied by live acoustic music.

Boxing Day

• Enjoy a leisurely brunch, featuring favourites such as steak and eggs, roast salmon, and a classic Bloody Mary, spiced up with a dash of Vodka if you wish!
• Step back in time with exciting Tudor-themed activities in the castle grounds. Try your hand at axe-throwing or longbow archery and experience the thrill of these historic pastimes;
• The evening begins at 6 pm with a celebratory glass of Champagne and canapés served in the lounge and library;
• Conclude the day's celebrations with a spectacular five-course gala dinner in the Tudor Hall, accompanied by live musical entertainment.

27 December

• Enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the restaurant from 8 am, and savour the final moments of your magical festive stay, before being wished a safe journey home, until the next time...
