• From 1 pm, settle in and enjoy a beautifully presented afternoon tea in elegant surroundings;
• As evening falls, join fellow guests in the Drawing Room from 7 pm for pre-dinner drinks, setting the tone for a spectacular night ahead;
• Indulge in a lavish black-tie gala banquet in the George V Room, where exquisite cuisine and refined ambience create an unforgettable dining experience;
• As the clock approaches midnight, raise a glass of Champagne and ring in the New Year with live music, celebration and dancing into the early hours.

New Year's Day

• Ease into the first morning of the year with a leisurely breakfast served between 8 am and 10.30 am in the George V Dining Room;
• Continue the celebrations with a relaxed brunch, complete with mimosas, served from 10.30 am to 1 pm;
• Spend the afternoon enjoying a choice of curated estate activities:
