New Year's Eve

• The final day of the year begins with another leisurely Scottish breakfast before guests are invited to experience one of Scotland's classic country pursuits...clay-pigeon shooting on the castle lawn;
• Afterwards, return indoors to relax beside the fire while enjoying a luxurious afternoon tea accompanied by a celebratory glass of fizz;
• As evening approaches, anticipation builds for the highlight of the Hogmanay festivities. The celebrations begin with a sophisticated Champagne reception before guests take their seats for an indulgent six-course gala dinner carefully prepared by the castle's chefs, using exceptional seasonal Scottish produce;
• Following dinner, the castle comes alive with music and dancing during a traditional Scottish Ceilidh, offering the perfect opportunity to celebrate Hogmanay in authentic Highland style;

• Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast before another memorable day in the Highlands;
• At lunchtime, guests can experience a traditional gun-dog display on the estate grounds, offering a fascinating insight into Scottish country life and sporting heritage, followed by a light lunch;
• Relax and savour the final full day of celebrations;
• Your final evening at Dalmunzie Castle includes a beautifully prepared four-course supper followed by relaxed fireside entertainment from talented Scottish acoustic musicians, creating a wonderfully atmospheric close to your Highland New Year escape.
