New Year's Eve

- As anticipation builds, gather for a sparkling Champagne reception ahead of a spectacular Hogmanay celebration in the Grand Hall;
- Enjoy an exquisite gala dinner at lively party tables, accompanied by traditional Highland dancers and the stirring sound of the piper, then dance your way into the New Year with the castle's resident DJ, celebrating in true style until the early hours.
New Year's Day
- Ease into 2027 with a leisurely morning, where breakfast is served until noon, complete with a celebratory glass of Bucks Fizz;
- Embrace the fresh Highland air with a scenic walk to the Caisteal Gorach Folly, perched above the castle, or explore the historic Dingwall Heritage Trail steeped in Viking lore;
- Return to the warmth of the castle for a traditional Black Bun, tea and coffee, followed by a lively festive quiz with prizes;

2 January
