• As evening unfolds, savour a refined three-course table d’hôte dinner in the Turrets Restaurant;
• Later, join the castle team for warming mulled Wine before embarking on a captivating late-night history and ghost tour, an atmospheric introduction to your stay.

New Year's Eve

• Begin the day with a hearty full Scottish breakfast then explore the beauty of Ross-shire or indulge in a little shopping in nearby Inverness;
• As anticipation builds, gather for a sparkling Champagne reception ahead of a spectacular Hogmanay celebration in the Grand Hall;
• Enjoy an exquisite gala dinner at lively party tables, accompanied by traditional Highland dancers and the stirring sound of the piper, then dance your way into the New Year with the castle's resident DJ, celebrating in true style until the early hours.

New Year's Day

• Ease into 2027 with a leisurely morning, where breakfast is served until noon, complete with a celebratory glass of Bucks Fizz;
• Embrace the fresh Highland air with a scenic walk to the Caisteal Gorach Folly, perched above the castle, or explore the historic Dingwall Heritage Trail steeped in Viking lore;
• Return to the warmth of the castle for a traditional Black Bun, tea and coffee, followed by a lively festive quiz with prizes;
• In the evening, delight in a beautifully prepared three-course dinner, the perfect close to a wonderful first day of the year.

2 January

• After a final hearty breakfast, bid farewell to the castle and its warm hospitality, departing with cherished memories of a truly magical Highland Hogmanay ...... or!........
• Stay an extra night! Why not?
• Take a trip further afield and take in the beautiful scenery - any direction is good!
• Tea, coffee and shortbread will be served in the afternoon;
• Enjoy a three-course table d'hote dinner with in-house whisky-tasting to round off the evening in style.

3 January
